After spending over a decade in the healing arts industry, I started questioning WHY some clients and patients got results while others didn't.
One of the biggest gaps I found was the secret ingredient - people lacking community.
Early on in my own health journey, I witnessed so many people around me (including mentors), choose to go on a healing journey alone only to find themselves more stuck, more frustrated, and even more dis-eased. Or they entered group work that was not founded on containment, autonomy, and honoring the sovereignty of others.
They would try everything under the sun, yet fail to really connect with the people around them. And yet, the moments they found a community in which they could be themselves fully, everything changed. I noticed this pattern within myself and decided one day to change it and create something new for those I serve.
Community and relational healing has been at the core of my healing practices since I opened my first business, Inspire Life Chiropractic Center in 2017. I believe infusing this element of community as much as possible is what has allowed our practice members, students, and clients to experience deep, radical results in short periods of time.
We live in a world where modern society puts individualism on a pedestal and forgets that deep healing and wholeness occurs in a relational field as well as safe, empowering containers. While it's vital to be connected to our own personal values, it's equally important to be connected to those around us to truly evolve and thrive.
Human beings are designed to live and be in relationship. The Embodied Woman Experience is THE bridge between personal empowerment and planetary/community healing.
